Great location near the beach and fantastic views from the high floor! The pool was inviting, and we loved having a kitchen, although it could use some better utensils. Just be prepared for a bit of a key hassle and the unit's cleanliness could've been better.

Its location to main shops was perfect.

Neat and silent units with a good view, missing crockery plus glassware. Great and awesome location in the nice area, close enough to public transport. Variety of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The cleanliness was shocking-mold in the bathroom and dirt everywhere. The air conditioning didn't work, and I felt super uncomfortable dealing with the rude staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

You guys made our stay awesome! Enjoyed Gold Coast, the hotel was pretty standard and perfect to the events. The room was reasonably spacious, provided us with a stunning view and then the corridors, for example. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries was a bonus. The staff was affable and wonderful from arrival to departure.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

Unbeatable central location short walk to all the restaurants and fun, awesome bars and restaurants and the attractions and eating hubs.

The fully equipped kitchen proved useful for preparing meals, and the convenient access to an outdoor pool and garden made for a relaxing atmosphere.
I did notice that while the apartment was generally clean, the cleanliness could have been improved, particularly in areas that weren't thoroughly attended to. This was a minor drawback considering the overall quality of the accommodations.

Our recent stay at Ruby Gold Coast By Serain was less than ideal. While the location is fantastic, close to Budds Beach and other key attractions, the apartment condition was disappointing. We found cleanliness issues, limited kitchen utensils, and the air conditioning didn't work, making it uncomfortable. Despite these problems, we enjoyed relaxing at the pool and appreciated the nearby attractions for family bonding.

Spent Christmas here and gotta say, the location was just perfect-only a short stroll to nearby bars and restaurants, which made celebrating easy! The view from the apartment was very nice, and despite the hiccups, the place was clean and had a spacious layout. The kitchen setup was solid, making it easy to whip up some holiday goodies.
On the flip side, my experience was marred by issues that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. The door was acting up and got us locked out for over an hour. The air conditioning didn’t work right, and the cleanliness was questionable. Dust was everywhere, making my Christmas holiday less enjoyable than I hoped. pretty disappointing!

The location was convenient, just a short walk of about 800-900 meters to the main beach. I enjoyed the amenities, including the lovely swimming pool and a great restaurant in the lobby. The view from my room was also pleasant, revealing the beach between the tall buildings.

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway, celebrating my birthday with friends. The apartment was spacious and had amazing views that enhanced our experience. The furnishings were chic and modern, and the clean atmosphere made it feel welcoming. We also enjoyed the great location, which allowed for easy access to local attractions and restaurants.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I recently spent a week at a lovely apartment perfect for our family getaway. The spacious rooms were clean and provided all the comforts we needed, including a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, which made our stay convenient. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local shops, and the check-in process was straightforward despite the lack of a reception desk.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I always return here for my romantic escape. the staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, which I'll never forget. With free parking, a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool, it has everything I need. No regrets!
